In addition to the above, having extensive experiences in litigation work, we have also advised property developers on matters in relation to the Tribunal for Homebuyer Claims which was established in 2002 to provide purchasers with a practical avenue to seek redress for their grievances, and necessary negotiation with a view to seeking amicable resolution or formulating reply and defenses for such claims.
