Leticia Ann a/p Arokiasamy LL.B (Hons) UKM   Ms. Leticia Ann a/p Arokiasamy graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2014. She chambered at Messrs. Ramakrishnan & Associates and was called to the Bar in 2015. She ventured into the world of conveyancing and probate in Messrs. Abd Ghani Che Man and later started her own firm in 2016 further delving into probate, wills, banking etc. In 2022, she joined Messrs. Hoe & Moira where she was introduced to Developer projects and SME loans which enabled her to further hone her skills and which also helped provide her with more insights into the conveyancing practice.   August 2026 saw her join Messrs. Yong & Rajah where she currently practices in conveyancing, banking and probate focusing on sub-sale transactions, Developer's projects, perfection of transfer & charge, loan documentation, probate & letter of administration including court order application as well as advising Clients on matter related to sale of property and regulatory approvals.
