Sangethaa A/P Veerasingam LL.B (Hons) Multimedia University   She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Multimedia University, Melaka. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Yong & Rajah (Molek) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 6th October 2025. Upon admission, she was retained at Messrs Yong & Rajah (Austin), where she continues to practice as a Legal Associate. During her chambering period, she gained extensive experience in developer projects and sub-sale conveyancing transactions, including auction and refinancing cases. She has been actively involved in conveyancing transactions, including auction and refinancing cases. She has been actively involved in conveyancing work, primarily focusing on developer projects, while also handling various sub-sale matters. Her experience includes perfection of transfers and charges, as well as other related conveyancing tasks.
