Nurhanis Annisa Binti Zulkifli LL.B & Shariah (Hons) USIM   Annisa Zulkifli attained her Bachelor of Laws & Shariah (Hons.) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2023. She read in the chambers of Mr. Ong Seow Horng of Messrs. Luther Ong & Co., where she was entrusted with matters pertaining to conveyancing, litigation and probate.   She was actively involved in residential and commercial conveyancing, including Developer projects on Malay-reserved lands, as well as residential and corporate financing transactions. She also gained practical experience in corporate litigation, probate and administration matters.   In November 2024, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She commenced her legal practice as an associate at Messrs. Luther Ong & Co., where she further honed her skills in litigation and commercial conveyancing.   In January 2025, she joined Messrs. Sugapathy & Partners as an associate, where her practice encompassed corporate litigation, general litigation, and conveyancing. She was also involved in drafting cause papers and assisting in cases heard before the superior and subordinate courts. She then commences her legal practice at Messrs. Yong & Rajah, focusing primarily on conveyancing.
