Ugasni A/P Mani LL.B (Hons) MMU   Ms. Ugasni A/P Mani graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2022. She reads in the chambers of Mr. R.Jayabalan of Messrs R.Jayabalan. During her pupillage, she was given the opportunity to explore the field of General Civil Litigation work including contract and commercial claims, road traffic accident cases, professional negligence claims, employment law claims in Industrial Court, Strata Management Dispute and inheritance claims (Probate and Wills). Upon completion of her pupillage, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya at Johor on May 9, 2023.   She began her legal career after completing her chambering in litigation, where she gained invaluable experience in the courtroom. However, she chose to expand her practice into a different area of law, conveyance of property law. She initially worked as a Legal Associate at Khaled Mutang Chan & Lim in Kuala Lumpur, where she honed her skills in conveyancing and real estate law until middle of 2024. Following this, she joined K.H. Wong, Chin & Cheah in Johor Bahru as a Legal Associate, where she continued to build her expertise in the field.   In her roles, she was responsible for handling developer projects and direct purchases from developers. She has extensive experience in preparing and attending to all legal documentation related to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic loans and ensuring that all legal processes are meticulously handled. Finally, she joined Messrs Yong & Rajah in February 2025 as a Legal Associate and currently handles conveyancing matters.
