Amelizatul Shuhada Binti Junus LL.B (Hons) UKM   Amelizatul Shuhada Binti Junus graduated in Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2015. Thereafter, she started her pupillage with Messrs Jamian & Associates and admitted as an Advocates and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2016. She then pursued her legal career in conveyancing area with Messrs S B Teh & Ho and further with Messrs Zainul Rijal Talha & Amir (Sepang).   Throughout her career, she has been widely exposed with the conveyancing flow of works including but not limited to cases in subsales, developers’ projects, refinances, and perfection of transfer and charge. She has been entrusted to handle the Developer from Sime Darby Sdn Bhd for Nilai Impian Project and Bandar Ainsdale Project, PR1MA for Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru as well as PH World for Kulai project. She also been involving in preparing and handling loan documentations from various Financiers from initial until loan disbursement apart from other related legal matters.
