Then Zhi Xin LL.B (Hons) University of London   Ms. Then Zhin Xin (Joan) obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the University of London and subsequently completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). She commenced her pupillage with Messrs.  Yong & Rajah and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 14th October 2025.   Her practice focuses on conveyancing, wills, probate and administration, and non-contentious litigation. She handles property transactions, loan documentation, will writing, and estate matteds, including applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and Court Orders.
