Surekka A/P Spreedharan LL.B (Hons) UUM   She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She completed her pupillage under Dato' Abert Ding Choo Earn at Messrs Albert Ding, Lee & Partners and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 21st November 2018.   Upon admission, she was retained at Messrs Albert Ding, Lee & Partners where she practiced as a Legal Associate until November 2021. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in all types of sub-sale conveyancing transactions involving land, factories, residential and commercial properties, as well as auction sales. She also handled property transfers, discharges of charge, perfection of transfers and charges, and a wide range of banking facilities, including commercial financing for numerous financial institutions.   In February 2022, she joined Messrs Wang & S.B Wong, Kulai, where she was primarily involved in developer-related projects, drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act and handling loan documentations for end-financing. This exposure broadened her expertise in project conveyancing.   She rejoined Messrs Albert Ding, Lee & Partners in September 2024, continuing her legal practice and serving the firm until May 2025. She then transitioned into the corporate sector, joining Novas Finetech Sdn Bhd, a global financial company, where she supported the Legal Department in ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing commercial agreements, and providing legal support for fintech-related operations until August 2025.   In September 2025, she commenced practice with Messrs Yong & Rajah, where she continues to expand her career in legal practice.
