Nur Afiqah binti Sedek

Nur Afiqah binti Sedek graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IUM) with a double degree in LL.B. (Hons) in 2020 and LL.B. (Shariah) (Hons) in 2021. She began her legal journey at Messrs Kuek, Ong & Associates, where she completed her pupillage and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023. She was subsequently retained as a Legal Associate, where she developed a strong foundation in conveyancing and real property practice. She then joined Messrs Yong & Rajah as a Senior Legal Associate.
With a strong drive and commitment to excellence, Afigah has developed her practice with a focus on conveyancing, real estate, and banking and finance. She advises on a wide range of matters, including sale and purchase transactions, property acquisitions through auction, tenancy agreements, and legal matters relating to property development. She is also experienced in preparing and reviewing loan documentation for financial institutions, including the release and disbursement of financing for subsale transactions and refinancing.
In addition to her expertise in conveyancing and banking. Afiqah is committed to delivering tailored legal solutions to her clients. She provides comprehensive guidance throughout the conveyancing process, from assisting with contract negotiations and advising on land title matters to navigating mortgage and loan documentation. Her dedication to excellence ensures that clients receive quality legal support at every stage of their transactions.
