Nurul Fasihah binti Rais
LL.B (Hons) UITM
Nurul Fasihah binti Rais graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2022. She commenced her legal career at Gan & Zul (Kluang), where she completed her nine-month pupillage before continuing with the firm as a retained lawyer. She was admitted and called to the Bar in December 2022. Later in 2024, she joined Messrs Ana Shahrana Annuar & Co, where she practised for two years before joining Messrs Yong & Rajah in September 2026.
Her practice focuses principally on banking litigation and debt recovery matters, with experience in handling recovery proceedings on behalf of financial institutions. Her work includes the commencement of legal proceedings, issuance of summons, execution and enforcement of judgments. She also has experience in family and probate matters, including divorce proceedings, applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as related estate administration matters.
In addition, she also has experience in conveyancing and banking documentation, including subsale transactions, refinancing involving various financial institutions, applications for consent to transfer, and perfection of transfer and charge.
With experience in both contentious and transactional matters, she adopts a practical and solution-oriented approach in assisting clients with their legal and commercial needs.
