NURSYAHIRA BINTI SAMA ON
LLB (Hons) UITM
Nursyahira Sama'on graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2021. She was admited as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court Malaya on March 2022.
Prior joining Messrs Rafee Syafig & Co., she completed her pupilage with Messrs V.M.
Kumaran & Co., a running down firm where she was immersed in insurance litigation, personal injury & motor insurance claims. After completed her pupilage, she was an associate at Messrs Ilang Kannan pursuing the same arga of practice, specialize in handling personal injury claim with a focus on ensuring clients receive fair compensation of their injuries.
Thereafter, she continues to enhance her knowledge and experience in the field of conveyancing and encompasses a diverse range of legal matters, showcasing her expertise in sub-sale, probate and estate administration matter, divorce proceedings and other commercial agreements in Messrs Syahira & Associates.
She was later joined Messrs Rafee Syafiq & Co. specialized in sub- sale transaction and preparing legal documents for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase agreement, discharge of charge, liaising with clients, bankers, land officers and other conveyancing related authorities.
She is currently a lawyer practicing at Messrs Yong& Rajah in the area of conveyancing especially sub-sale transactions.
