Fazreen Nabila Binti Othma

Ms. Fazreen Nabila Binti Othman graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IUM) and called to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 28th day of October, 2022.
She has paved her way in the legal fraternity under the guidance and teaching of Ms.Noor Azwa Binti Ismail, the founder of Messrs. Azwa & Co. wherę she has been actively assisting her master for a whole gamut of cases which involved conveyancing matters among others include housing development projects by local developer, security documentation for various financial institutions, represent vendors and purchasers in various real estate related transactions. Upon completion of her pupillage, she was retained as a Legal Associate at Messrs. Azwa & Co. where she continued to expand her experience and exposure in conveyancing and banking
matters.
In May 2026, she joined Messrs. Yong & Rajah as a Legal Associate where she continues to practise primarily in the area of conveyancing and banking matters. She is actively involved in handling various real estate transactions including sub-sale transactions, developer's projects, perfection of transfer and charge, preparation of security documentation for financial institutions as well as advising clients on matters relating to property transactions and regulatory approvals.
